Meet Plant Food
Plant Food is OrganiLock's fast-acting liquid feed - a concentrate you mix with water and either spray on the leaves or pour at the roots. Where Soil Food builds your soil over the season, Plant Food gives your plants a quicker, more direct boost when they want one.
How to use it
- Mix 1/2 oz of Plant Food into a gallon of water.
- Spray it on the leaves (foliar) or pour it at the roots (a root drench).
- Use it weekly, or whenever your plants could use a lift.
- It's a concentrate, so a little goes a long way - and it works on any plant.
Soil Food and Plant Food - a simple system
Think of Soil Food as building the kitchen and Plant Food as the quick meal. Soil Food sets up the living soil that feeds your plants all season; Plant Food is the fast, direct feed you reach for when you want a quicker response. You don't need both - Soil Food works on its own - but many gardeners use them together.
Where it comes from
Plant Food is part of OrganiLock's "circle of life" approach: it's made from natural inputs that would otherwise go to waste, turned into liquid plant nutrition. It carries both a fast-acting feed for your plants and a slow-release part that feeds the life in your soil.
Good to know
- Plant Food is a fast, direct feed - it is not certified organic. If organic certification matters to you, reach for OrganiLock's Soil Food, which is OMRI Listed.
- It works on any plant, indoors or out, as a spray or a drench.
